Wash and slice the mushrooms into coins. Dry sautee in the base of the 4-qt double-handled pan until dry. Then melt the butter and add the chopped onion. Sautee for 5-10 minutes, until the onion is softened.

Stir in the dill, paprika, soy sauce, and broth. Cover and bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

Whisk the milk and flour together. Pour into the soup and stir well to blend. Cover again and simmer for 15 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finally, stir in the salt, pepper, lemon juice, parsley, and sour cream. Mix together and allow to heat through over low heat, about 3 to 5 minutes. DO NOT BOIL. Serve immediately with bread slices.
